The marketing manager will partner with Sales Management to direct various marketing strategies and initiatives for designated sales leaders. This position plays a key role in helping QuadraNet build a distinguishable brand, and marketing strategy, at the local sales market level. You would be responsible for brand awareness, managing lead generation, preparing for upcoming trade shows, managing social media platforms, and monitoring email campaign results. You'll analyze marketing strategies and develop new marketing programs aimed at increasing sales and company growth.
 

Job Duties:
 

  • • Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
  • • Develop written content for email marketing and social media posts
  • • Monitor marketing performance and generate analytics reports to assess delivery and campaign efficiency
  • • Plan for trade show events including registration and travel, branded booth set up, branded printed marketing materials and giveaways
  • • Helping to plan projects and campaigns
  • • Work in conjunction with the sales team to manage lead generation from marketing campaigns including inputting information to HubSpot CRM database
  • • Prepare press releases and announcements related to new product launches and any other changes in the company
  • • Other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:
 

  • • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media or related field or equivalent experience is desired
  • • Solid understanding of marketing strategies, procedures and best practices is preferred as is knowledge of creative solutions, including digital, on-line solutions, and the use of new technology in designing creative solutions
  • • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • • Strong experience with various marketing platforms such as Hubspot and Zoominfo
  • • Knowledge with Google Addwords / SEM
  • • Knowledge with HTML / CSS / SEO a plus
  • • Familiarity with social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications is critical
  • • Strong presentation and public speaking skills are essential
